A Physiotherapist by background, Louise currently works part-time as a Clinical Lecturer in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Musculoskeletal Medicine at the University of Otago, where she teaches on the Pain and Pain Management programme.
Louise’s main areas of interest are nocioplastic pain, the role of exercise and movement in pain management and the experience of pain around motherhood. Louise is currently a member of the NZPS Council.
